This was so great!! I love doing these motions slowly both for the strength and for the mindfulness and the opportunity to really feel what is turning on and what is going on in my body!! I love feeling so strong at the end of a practice, thank you!!
OK, I made that comment before I walked away from my computer and had shaky legs all the way down the stairs. Holy moly, this class really worked my leg muscles!!
