    Thanks, Jessica! When completing “standard push up” repetitions at the wall, do you recommend hands in line with shoulders, or lower down the body more like a chaturanga?

      With elbows wide there can be a range of hand placement— just pay attention to what feels stable in your shoulders. I think in line with the widest part of your chest is a pretty good place.
