After a day of not moving very much, this felt so good! I am so grateful for the opening and settling of my body before bed. I had my most successful fire log pose with this class tonight. I have super tight hips and fire log is such a difficult place for me, but it really felt good tonight, even if it wasn’t very pretty:).
