I loved the engagement of the core at the beginning of this. I noticed that I was able to access core strength that isn’t always available. That was super encouraging. But at the end of this class, I am not feeling as aware of and connected to my whole body the way that I normally am at the end of Jessica’s classes. It could be that I skied a lot yesterday and I am coming from a place of exhaustion rather than energy:). It felt good to move and work out kinks regardless!
