This is one of my favorites! I love all the hip strengthening that we do and then the stretches and relaxing at the end feels so good because of the work. It is the perfect combination! I am also always amazed at how much the deep lower core is connected to hip movement and has to be turned on to find all the hip mobility. Thanks for helping me wake up all those muscles and stand up straight!
