This book was pretty mind blowing for me. It made so much sense to me and I could see different relationships so much clearer as I read through this. It provided a lot of incentive to be more mindful in what I do and think, and I felt like the framework was very accessible. I had so much to say about this book! I wish I had been able to be on the call.

As I am contemplating these things again, I am realizing that I read it and thought I was fixed and would never go back to “victim” mode again. In reality I have to be aware all the time and make the switch from victim to creator all day long! It was supposed to be so easy!
It is also hard for me, as I set intentions regarding my “desired outcome,” to not let those desired outcomes become “should” in my head. When they become “shoulds” it causes all sorts of new stress!
