Here’s another short practice you can do any time! If you’re really in a hurry, don’t even bother to lay your mat out– just practice. You’ll open your hips and heart, strengthen upper body, and feel your self relaxed and energized in every cell– all in 11 minutes and 17 seconds.
(Again, my poor dog is itchy and scratching in the background– please ignore it. It’s not THAT bad, but I just have to mention it. The perfectionist in me really has a hard time making and sharing these videos. Oh, and good news– we’ve figured out how to calm Ellie’s skin down and she is itch free!)
